I am running to represent the people of Washington’s 14th Legislative District in the State house. I’m ready to bring passion, dedication, and smart solutions to Olympia on your behalf, and to help maintain Washington State’s place as a leader in a changing world. My priority is to listen to your concerns and ideas. It’s time to talk about the issues and to discover what unites us.
We deserve a proactive representative of the people who promotes collaboration in Olympia and throughout the district. I’m a Democratic candidate because I know the policies benefit the people. But I am not a politician. I’m committed to public service and putting people over politics. Instead of trying to reduce government to benefit the most powerful, I will work for a fair economy for all of us, from better jobs to higher wages to more housing. I’ve traveled the district I know healthcare, education, and housing are priority issues and, if elected, I will bring real dollars here next year to achieve steps to real change. We need more providers and lower costs, our educators need raises, resources, and smaller class sizes, our district and our state is in a housing crises, from homelessness to affordable, quality housing for all. We have a large, diverse district which includes Yakama Nation and issues within the City of Yakima. If we vote this year we can elect representatives who are driven to be our voice and advocate in Olympia and with our federal and local officials to work on all of these priorities. |
